Dosage & Instructions:

• Smaller bottle: includes only three doses (6 pills): 2 Pills at a time: Evening, Next day Morning, Next Day Evening – the morning dose to be taken on empty stomach (before brushing the teeth): (1) wash mouth with plain water, wait for five minutes, (2) take the morning dose, (3) after half an hour brush the teeth.
  Bigger bottle: 7 — 0 — 7 pills twice a day for given weeks / days / doses. Check the preference ordered by us whether to: Start bigger bottle after three doses or to Start bigger bottle simultaneously.
  You can take medicines on empty stomach or after food, however, do not eat or drink half an hour before and after taking the medicine. Plain water is allowed five minutes before or after taking the medicine.
• Do not touch the medicines – keep them below tongue using the bottle cap.
• Hold pills below the tongue and let them dissolve. Do not swallow with water.
• If you are not a regular coffee drinker, avoid coffee. Once you follow ‘no food half an hour before / after…’ rule, no other food restrictions are applicable.

• If in case you are not able to visit the clinic in-person, you may narrate complaints on video call and make online payment (medicine and courier charges). Share screen shot of successful payment. Medicines will be dispatched by Courier.
• Take medicines regularly for optimum results.
