I have compiled a list of diseases that can be successfully treated, cured with the help of homoeopathy. May be some of the diseases skipped my mind while making this list of diseases. The view expressed in these subsequent article lists are my personal views which were formulated after experience in treating the diseases listed here. In order to formulate first hand impression during my internship I have read almost all the homoeopathic literature. This reading lead me to analyze the old literature and review it in the light of current medical practice. Hence the view of different homoeopath may differ from the ones expressed here. At times it has been proven over a period of time that some cases may fail to yield cure. However, the same cases treated by another homoeopath can be cured completely. Hence if some one has taken treatment from a homoeopath and if it has not yielded cure that does not mean that it is not possible to cure a particular disease. Homoeopathy per se have not failed but the physician\u2019s approach to treat the case has failed. The physician some where may have skipped some important milestone that lead to a failure. Hence it is recommended that it should never be considered that homoeopathy failed in a certain condition, there still has a chance to get cured with another approach to the case.<\/p>\n

With homoeopathic treatment the stones \/ calculi reduce in size and ultimately disappear. Constitutional homoeopathic treatment can eradicate them completely.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Bigger calculi at odd locations at times may require surgical intervention.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

In earlier stages of treatment before homoeopathy starts the cure, \u00a0dietary restrictions are required to be kept. Once the patient is cured the serum uric acid levels will remain normal despite of intake of restricted dietary items.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Headache \/ Migraine<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

  1. The pain can be relieved immediately in a patient with homoeopathic treatment .<\/li>\n
  2. Migraine can be completely cured. After cure even if the patient is exposed to the triggers he \/ she do not suffer from migraine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n

Herpes zoaster<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Burning pain and the natural course can be reduced, in certain cases cured.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

In females who has history of chicken pox in childhood and who may suffer from herpes zoaster around the age of menopause, herpes can not be prevented with the help of homoeopathy, however, it can be treated and cured with homoeopathy.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Hives \/ Urticaria \/ Skin allergies<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Can be completely cured. After cure even if the patient is exposed to the allergen he \/ she will not develop similar skin conditions.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

In patient who may have given steroids by skin specialist the cure may take longer duration.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Hoarseness \/ Laryngitis<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Can be cured.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

If hoarseness is due to a mechanical cause such as tumour etc. homoeopathy may have limitations in some cases.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Hypertension<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

If the hypertension is secondary that means is due to a disease, it can be cured. However, in cases of primary \/ essential hypertension homoeopathy can help the patient to come down to lowest possible dose of allopathic anti-hypertensive medicines.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Malignant hypertension cannot be cured with homoeopathy.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Patients on antihypertensive medications are not advised to stop the drug completely \/ immediately. A systematic \/ algorithmic approach has to be followed for such patients.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

High Cholesterol<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Can be treated and can be cured with homoeopathy.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Lifestyle modification along with homoeopathic treatment is a must.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
